Swimming Pool:
This is the life while the rest of New Delhi has thrust itself skyward around the hotel, The Imperial lies like a green palm-fringed oasis. Nothing typifies this more than the private swimming pool deep in the shaded grounds of the hotel. Service at the poolside is from The Imperial Snack Bar. A true respite from vigour of modern day life!
Art of Imperial:
The Imperial's relationship with 'Art' is a long-standing one. Since the hotel was established, it has in some form or other supported, collected, restored and displayed unique works of art. Over the years, the hotel has not only been a repository of art, but also a home to artists. Each floor in the hotel is dedicated to an artist, whose original works adorn the walls of the rooms and the corridors. The hotel has carefully preserved its collections of original engravings and lithographs and has added to it steadily over a sixty-year period.
